Easy Yogurt Parfait
I am ALWAYS looking for new and simple ways to fit in breakfast on busy days. When I eat a nutritious, filling breakfast, I feel like I have so much more energy and am in a much lighter, more positive mood. This breakfast comes together in just a few minutes and is easy to eat, even on those chaotic days!
This recipe takes:
2-10 minutes
Ingredients
4-6 oz of yogurt
1/3 cup blueberries (or any other berry if you prefer!)
1/3 cup Morning Summit cereal (other cereals will work too, but this is my favorite in a parfait!)
How to make a copy-cat Morning Summit cereal:
Mix together chosen cereal (ideally in the shape of flakes), almonds, pumpkin seeds, and chopped dried fruit

Let’s get cookin’!
Scoop out yogurt. Choose your yogurt flavor and lay in flat in a small bowl.
Layer on your toppings! Add your berries and cereal (whether premade or mixed by yourself) on top of the yogurt.
